Azimio offers their supporters a chance to appear in Raila posters, How to participate

Azimio offers their supporters a rare opportunity to appear in Raila posters as we head to the homestretch of election campaigns.

In what has been hailed as a new strategy for promoting the agenda of the coalition, supporters of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition party may now design a personalized poster to express their support for Raila Odinga and Martha Karua’s presidency.

In a statement dated Wednesday, August 3, the group provided a URL through which Kenyans may design their own posters to share with others and then upload online.

Prior to the General Election on August 9th, the coalition has been on a charm offensive by announcing fresh tactics to win over voters.

The publishing of campaign songs, appearances in infomercials, and slang usage all served to increase their support base.

And now in a bid to engage with its supporters, the Azimio coalition has vouched for solidarity with its supporters to participate in an exercise to market Raila.

The poster left a slot open for Kenyans to upload and resize their images before eventually downloading the final poster.

Among the issues highlighted in the poster that Azimio plans to address include resolutions on devolution, empowerment, women, agriculture, manufacturing, and accountability.

Others include resolutions of the people, prioritizing on children, provision of water to every homestead, and enabling Babacare (welfare society).
