Chelsea internal problems holding back new signings; report
Chelsea internal problems are holding back new signings after a seemingly quiet summer transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that the new Chelsea owners are currently prioritizing resolving internal problems after concerns have been raised over a slow transfer business.

However, the Italian transfer expert Fabrizio said on his YouTube channel that Chelsea are also making transfer moves behind the scenes

“But it’s not true that Chelsea moving [in the transfer market].

Romano mentioned that among Chelsea internal problems is Romelu Lukaku’s transfer.
Lukaku wants a return to Inter Milan, likely on loan.
Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso could also leave this summer, with the two Spain internationals linked with moves to Barcelona.
In terms of contracts, the Blues also want to offer Mason Mount a new deal and will have to make decisions over N’Golo Kante’s and Jorginho’s.
Kante and Jorginho’s contracts expire next year, and Chelsea could be obviously at risk of losing both on free transfers.
