Following the meeting held on Wednesday, April 30, Gachagua shared a quote by Chinua Achebe on a meeting of ‘kinsmen’

“When we gather together in the moonlit village ground, it is not because of the moon. Every man can see it in his own compound. We come together because it is good for kinsmen to do so,” Gachagua quoted Chinua Achebe.

While details of the meeting remain unknown, the leaders have been having political talks about 2027.

Gachagua added that the meeting was part of their broad consultations in the opposition.

The meeting between the trio came a day after they held a similar meeting with other opposition leaders.
