Jurgen Klopp to Equal Bob Paisley Club Record in FA Cup Final
FA Cup Final; Jurgen Klopp to equal Bob Paisley club record when he takes charge of his side in the FA Cup final against Chelsea.
Bob Paisley is the only Liverpool manager to have taken charge of the finals of four major competitions between 1974 and 1983.
During his nine years as manager, Paisley guided the Reds to League Cup, FA Cup, UEFA Cup, and European Cup finals, winning six league titles, one UEFA Cup, three League Cups, three European cups, and one UEFA Super Cup.
With Liverpool already having reached the finals of the EFL Cup, Europa League, and Champions League, current manager Klopp will match Paisley’s record when his side faces Chelsea in the FA Cup final on Saturday at Wembley Stadium.
