Kalonzo travels to Nigeria for Future Africa Leaders Awards
Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has travelled to Nigeria to attend the Future Africa Leaders Awards ceremony, an event that recognises young Africans making exceptional contributions to the continent’s development.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Office of the Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) party leader said Kalonzo departed on Wednesday morning, December 31, after honouring an invitation from the awards’ organisers led by African Leaders Awards founder Chikki Onigbanjo.
The ceremony, held at the Loveworld Nation Arena in Asese Base, Lagos, brings together political leaders, young innovators and changemakers from across Africa.

According to the statement, the WPF leader was invited as an honoured guest in recognition of his long-standing leadership record and recent international accolades, including being named the London Political Summit and Awards 10th Anniversary Africa Political Leader and Personality of the Year.
“The WPF Party Leader’s participation underscores his continued commitment to pan-African unity, youth empowerment, and the advancement of leadership excellence across the continent. The Party Leader is expected to return shortly after the event.”
