In a notice on Tuesday, July 8, the company said the opportunity is targeted at continuing students pursuing Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate courses in both technical and non-technical fields.
According to Kenya Power, the attachment program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to real work environments.
To be eligible, applicants must be available on a full-time basis during the entire attachment period.
They are also required to present a valid introduction letter from their institution and must be continuing students enrolled in an accredited learning institution.
The application deadline is set for July 28, 2025, and all applications must be submitted online through the Kenya Power careers portal at https://www.kplc.co.ke/careers.
Elsewhere, the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) announced 92 jobs and internship opportunities in the authority.
In an advert, KAA said it is seeking to recruit competent and self-driven individuals for the positions.

“Guided by its mandate, the Authority is seeking to recruit competent and self-driven persons to fill the under-listed positions,” read the advert in part.
Vacant jobs in the authority include Manager, Management Accounting (1), Manager, Risk and Compliance (1), and Apron Controller (40).
The positions of Manager, Accounting and Manager, Risk and Compliance are permanent and pensionable.
On the other hand, the Apron Controller positions are offered on a one-year on-the-job training basis, with absorption into the permanent workforce subject to successful completion and evaluation of the training program.
The authority is also seeking to recruit 50 individuals for a one-year internship program.
