The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has released the July 2025 Business and Technical examinations for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions.
In a notice on Monday, the council announced that the results could be collected by school heads at the Mitihani House between business hours Monday to Friday.
“We wish to inform all Heads of Institutions that offered candidates for the July 2025 Business and Technical examinations that the results are officially released and ready for collection.
“The results can be collected from Mitihani House, South C offices, on weekdays from Monday to Friday during official working hours from 8am to 5pm.”
However, KNEC noted that only institutions where all the examination fee arrears have been cleared will be allowed to collect the results.
Additionally, any concerns regarding the results should be made online through the Heads of Institutions within 30 days after the release of the results.

Therefore, any queries received after December 3 will draw a penalty of Ksh5,000.
These queries should all be lodged through the QMIS portal using the link qmis.knec.ac.ke/externalLogin
Lastly, KNEC relayed that the advance instructions for November 2025 are also ready for collection at KNEC offices.
This announcement comes just days after KNEC announced the release of the teacher assessment and examination results for 2025 on October 21.
Colleges were informed that they could access the results through the Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) Teacher Education (CBATE) portal.
However, only colleges that had made full payment for the examinations could receive their results as well.
