The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has opened its application portal to allow P1 and ECDE certificate holders to upgrade their qualifications to a diploma level.
In a statement on Thursday, August 7, KUCCPS urged eligible candidates to take advantage of the opportunity to further their studies.
“Do you hold a P1 or ECDE Certificate? You can now upgrade your qualification to Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (DPTE) through KUCCPS placement.
“Log in to KUCCPS application system through the link teachersupgrade.kuccps.ac.ke and select a public TTC of your choice,” the statement read.
This comes weeks after KUCCPS issued a call for applications to the Diploma in Primary Teacher Education programme at Eldas Teacher Training College.
