Details of Pastor Paul Mackenzie, the leader of a religious cult in Malindi, continue to emerge daily as Kilifi North MP Owen Baya claims he’s 17 Kids living lavish lives.

Makenzie started the church in 2003 together with his wife, Joyce Mwikamba.

Makenzie, the founder of the controversial Good News International Church was arrested after forcing his congregants to starve to death.

The controversial man of God convinced them that by starving, they would meet God.

Hundreds of people from across the country sold their earthy belonging and moved to Shakahola to fast and pray in preparedness to meet their maker.

Debating on the horror of Shakahola on April 25, parliament condemned the brutal acts by Mackenzie, demanding justice for his victims.

Kilifi North MP Owen Baya claimed Mackenzie has 17 children, and they live large while his congregants fasted to death.
