The National Police Service Commission (NPSC) has announced 149 job opportunities in the commission.
In an advert on February 6, NPSC invited qualified members of the public to apply for the job vacancies.
“Pursuant to the provisions of section 17 (1) of the NPSC Act, 2011 (revised 2014) and Article 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya, the Commission seeks to competitively fill vacant positions in the establishment.
“Subsequently, the Commission invites applications from qualified persons to fill the following positions at the National Police Service Commission Headquarters and Regional Offices,” read the advert in part.
The job vacancies include; Director, Information, Communication Technology (ICT) Director, Finance & Administration, Deputy Director, Finance & Accounts, Manager, Internal Audit, Manager, Administration, Manager, and Supply Chain Management.
Others are, Senior Counselor, Counselor II, Human Capital Management Officer II, Human Capital Management Assistant, Record Management Officer I, Record Management Officer II, Social Worker I, Social Worker II, Information Officer II, Finance Officer II, and Economist II.

NPSC is also seeking to fill the roles of Account Assistants II, ICT Officer II, ICT Officer II, Supply Chain Management Officer II, Supply Chain Management Assistant, Clerical Officer II, and Office Assistants.
How to apply
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the NPSC jobs portal: https://service.npsc.go.ke/recruitment before February 21, 2025, at 5 PM.
NPSC noted that shortlisted candidates will be expected to bring the original certificates for verification during the interview.
The shortlisted candidates for the position of Manager and above will also be required to satisfy the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 by obtaining clearance certificates from KRA, HELB, EACC, CRB, and DCI.
