Raila gifts Nuru Okanga after release of KCPE exam results

Nuru Okanga, an ardent supporter of Raila Odinga claims the Azimio leader gifted him after excelling in KCPE exam

Nuru Okanga, an ardent supporter of Raila Odinga claims the Azimio leader gifted him after excelling in KCPE exam.

Speaking in an interview with NTV, Nuru Okanga without disclosing how many marks he had scored, said the Azimio leader was happy with him after posting good marks.

He further claimed his political father, Raila Odinga had gifted him money for his allegedly exemplary KCPE results

“Raila Odinga has sent me much money. On that, I cannot lie in front of the cameras. He sent me a good amount of money and told me to go and buy a cow and hold a great feast to celebrate my success, and I am planning to travel home to celebrate with my people,” Okanga told NTV on Thursday, November 23.

Okanga recounted his tough childhood and could not be thankful enough for the milestone that had put him in the limelight.

“I had dropped out of school at Standard Three. My dad, who had many wives, died when I was six years old. My mother was unable to continue paying my fees. I did not have a uniform or books,” Okanga recounted.

He could stop expressing his admiration for Raila, saying that many Kenyans, burdened with tough economic times, were craving his voice of hope.

“Kenyans, including police officers, have missed him and want him to bring back the demonstrations. Still, I want Raila to stay silent and let Kenyans feel the effects of their choices. “This government describes itself as a company with shareholders that will hurt them more until they make the right decisions during the next elections. People will learn to vote for manifestos, not sweet lies,” said Okanga.

Nuru Okanga said sitting for the exams marked the beginning of his journey towards vying for the Kholera ward Member of County Assembly in 2027.
