Raila’s well-coordinated command unit to outsmart the police during mass protests revealed.

Azimio Leader Raila Odinga on Monday, March 27, gained access to some estates within Nairobi despite heavy police presence in residential estates.

Raila Odinga managed to outsmart the police and enter Kibra despite police roadblocks during his biweekly anti-government protests.

A video has emerged, showing how Raila managed to make his way through the roadblocks.

The clip shows the former prime minister relaxing in his luxurious car, while his team received intel on how to reach their destination.

They were in communication with another man who kept them updated on the situation.

In addition, his bodyguards were seen constantly speaking using a walkie-talkie.

One of the alerts they received was information on the situation in Dagoretti as the procession made its way to Kawangware.

“I am in Dagoretti and the thing is turning to stage two. You are supposed to reach stage two in 20 minutes,” the voice on the other end of the walkie-talkie.

Upon inquiry by Mutua, the bodyguard confirmed to him that they had broken through a barrier after certain cars ‘had to be removed.’

The male voice on the other end went ahead to provide directions on how the Azimio party leader would gain entry to the Central Business District.

“From Kangemi, he may use the Expressway to enter the town,” the voice stated. The bodyguard responded, “just go slow if you have already opened because we have the protestors with us.”

However, Odinga and Mutua quickly interjected, insisting that his protestors should not be left behind.

In response to the clip, ICT Chief Administrative Secretary Dennis Itumbi claimed that the clip proved that Odinga had infiltrated the police communication channel.

“Our agents are reporting that Raila has Police communication radio and the operations had been compromised.

“They are able to move and act based on police communication. We have shared the information with the police for necessary action” Itumbi stated.
