Ruto Urges Kalonzo To Shun Running Mate Interview Process Calling the Process ‘Humiliating and Impunity’
Deputy President William Ruto has called on Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka to shun the interview for the Azimio running mate position.
He said subjecting Kalonzo to a running mate interview is impunity and humiliating.
Speaking on Wednesday, Ruto called on Kenyans to unite and eliminate the culture of deceit in politics.

“Though we are competitors, to subject HE Kalonzo to some humiliating ‘interview’ is impunity. We must unite to eliminate the culture of political deceit, the hallmark of some politicians. Whatever the circumstances every leader deserves some dignity and respect. Heshima si utumwa,” he tweeted.
Ruto’s comment comes amidst unease among Kalonzo’s allies, urging him not to show up for interview.
