Three people feared dead with thirteen others injured after an accident involving a Matatu and trailer along the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway.
According to report, the trailer had veered off the side of the road, blocking both oncoming and flowing traffic.
The matatu rammed into the trailer, wrecking the entire front part of the vehicle.
Rongai sub-county Police Commander Wilberforce Sicharani confirmed that two people died on the spot and their bodies are presently preserved at the Annex Hospital Funeral Home.

Nakuru Referral Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. James Waweru noted that one other person succumbed while receiving treatment at the facility.
At least 13 other people are still nursing injuries at the Nakuru Referral Hospital, with three of them said to be unconscious.
