Uhuru Wins Global Award Alongside CBK Governor Patrick Njoroge At Gala Reformative Leadership Award in Accra, Ghana.
President Uhuru Kenyatta was honored among seven other Kenyans at the Gala ward event in Accra, Ghana.
The Head of State received a Reformative Leadership Award on Friday, May 13, at the third edition of the Africa Public Sector Conference & Awards (APSCA) ceremony.
Kenyatta was honored for his steadfastness in providing transformational leadership over the previous year, according to the event’s organizers.

Other awardees of the price included Kenya Power Company Acting Managing Director Rosemary Oduor who was given the Outstanding Woman in Power award.
Central Bank of Kenya Governor Patrick Njoroge and Kenya Airways General Managing Director Allan Kilavuka were also named among Africa’s Top 50 Public Sector Leaders.
The National Environment Management Authority Director General Mamo Mamo was also named as the best leader on the continent in the environmental category.
In 2014, Uhuru was also named the President of the year for his leadership after he built consensus both in Kenya and abroad.
