Wajackoyah reaches out to Raila for 2027 Presidential bid support

Wajackoyah reaches out to Azimio la Umoja Coalition leader Raila Odinga for 2027 Presidential bid support.

Roots party leader George Wajackoyah has declared that he is in Opposition as he asks Raila Odinga to support his 2027 presidential bid.

Wajackoyah made the plea after he made a stop at Migori Police Station on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 18, after which he paid a courtesy call to the county commander of police and area Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss.

During the stopover, Wajackoyah called on the former Azimio presidential leader Raila Odinga to support his 2027 presidential bid.

He said the request was pegged on his support of Raila’s bid during the contested August polls.

“Hope is coming home, I talked to Raila and he knows,” Wajackoyah stated.

While addressing residents at the Posta area, he said that it was time Raila supported another person and retires from politics.

“It’s time Raila to say that he is going home, I want him to support me come 2027,” he added.

Wajackoyah hilariously cited that he knew his votes were stolen and claimed to know who stole them.

“You gave me number three but my votes were stolen,” Wajackoyah said. He nonetheless urged residents to embrace President William Ruto’s leadership and challenged the head of state to serve all Kenyans equally.
