Woman, 20, stabbed to death by alleged boyfriend in Biafra slums in un clear circumstances.
Police are looking for a man who stabbed his girlfriend to death in a domestic fight in Biafra slums, Nairobi.
The 20-year-old Serah Ndunge Musyoki’s body was discovered sprawled in her home hours after the event on Sunday, January 28 at night.
According to authorities, the deceased was taken to Mother and Child Hospital on Yusuf Haji Avenue where she succumbed while undergoing treatment.
The boyfriend who is known to the family is at large and efforts to trace him are ongoing, police said.
The motive of the killing is yet to be known.
The body had stab wounds in the chest according to the police.
Police said the man and deceased woman were the only ones who were in the house at the time of the murder.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy.
Elsewhere in Kiugoine, Nakuru, a man killed his wife before dying by suicide.
The bodies of the two were found separately within the compound long after the Saturday evening incident, police said.

According to police, the body of the man identified as Peter Karuki Mahiu aged 56 years was found hanging on an avocado tree within the Heroes area.
Police said they found his body dangling on a tree with a sisal rope around his neck and a bottle of poison on the ground.
A further search of his house led to the discovery of his wife Tabitha Wangare Karoki aged 46 years old in the living room with multiple head injuries.
Police said the injuries were suspected to have been inflicted by her husband before he died by suicide.
A blood-stained hammer and knife were found on the table and have been kept as exhibits.
