Arsenal vs Wolves team news: predicted lineup and latest injuries

Arsenal vs Wolves team news: predicted lineup and confirmed latest injuries for Premier League game today.

Arsenal are hoping that right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu will be healthy for tonight’s Premier League match against Wolves.

Prior to the mid-season break, the right-back was dealing with a calf issue, but he has been training recently.

“He’s there. He had a recurring injury in the same place, so we have to be careful with him, but he’s been training hard. Let’s see if he’s available or not,” said Mikel Arteta.

Tomiyasu, a vital cog in Arsenal’s squad this season, will be hoping to be fit for the match at Molineux.

If the defender is injured, Cedric Soares or Ben White might take his place at right-back, with Rob Holding starting in the middle.

Apart from that, Arteta is in good health ahead of Arsenal’s game against Wolves, which will be their first in over two weeks.

Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey have returned from suspension and are expected to start in the middle of the field. Mohamed Elneny and Nicolas Pepe have both returned from the Africa Cup of Nations and are expected to be included in the matchday squad.
