Ruto unveils the final list of CAS (Chief Administrative Secretary) nominees; Millicent Omanga, Dennis Itumbi, and Evans Kidero.

President William Ruto on Thursday nominated 50 persons for the roles of chief administrative secretaries, in what concludes the formation of his Executive, six months after he assumed office.

Most of those who have benefited from the appointments are Kenya Kwanza poll losers and backers, as well as politicians who ditched the Azimio Coalition.

The nominations follow a list of 240 candidates who had been shortlisted for the President after the conclusion of interviews.

Millicent Omanga was appointed as Interior CAS, while Cate Waruguru was in the Foreign Affairs docket.

Other names include Wilson Sossion, Kimani Ngunjiri, Dennis Itumbi, Margaret Wanjiru, and Evans Kidero.
