Raila loses cool as he tries to separate Alai and Sifuna after clashing during a campaign tour in Nairobi County.
Azimio presidential candidate, Raila Odinga took offense to an altercation between Edwin Sifuna and blogger Robert Alai on Saturday, July 16.
Edwin Sifuna, Nairobi senatorial candidate, and blogger Robert Alai who is eyeing the Kileleshwa ward seat engaged in a brawl prompting Raila to intervene and order the two from disrupting his event.
The two reportedly differed over a chance to address a rally at Kawangware.
Raila lost cool and could be heard shouting at the duo.
“Alai, Alai. What is happening!,” Raila Odinga exclaimed after his attention was drawn to the two Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) politicians.

However, the rally resumed minutes later after calm was restored.
Raila urged the Nairobi residents to vote for Azimio candidates at all levels as it was capable of reviving the economy.
He also rallied women to support his running mate, Martha Karua, and other ODM candidates.
“Don’t vote for me and leave me isolated in Parliament. I do not want to be a captive president. My opponents will intimidate me with impeachment every day. I want you to give me MPs and MCAs,” he stated.
