Ruto playing games with Azimio on bipartisan talks, Orengo

Orengo now accuse President Ruto of dishonesty and taking Azimio coalition for a ride on proposed bipartisan talks.
Following the proposed bipartisan dialogue, Siaya Governor James Orengo said that the Kenya Kwanza team might be playing games with the opposition.
He asserted that the pro-Ruto team might be treating the talks casually rather than with real commitment.
I sincerely believe that the Kenya Kwanza squad is completely lacking in good faith. They might be leading us on,” Orengo said.
He claimed that Raila’s declaration that he would resume protests would teach Kenya Kwanza how to cherish Azimio and all Kenyans.
“And these measures that have been taken by Raila Amolo Odinga to go back to the people beginning today and having a Kamukunji on Sunday will be a reminder that they cannot take us for granted and they cannot take Kenyans for a ride,” Orengo said.

Orengo added that the pro-Ruto team should be honest towards the issues that they tabled to be addressed.
“I believe the time has come within this week for President Ruto and Kenya Kwaza to come clear on these issues that have been put on the table,” Orengo said.
Orengo was speaking in Siaya County on Thursday during the groundbreaking ceremony of a Rice Mill Project in the county.
Orengo’s remarks come after Azimio leader Raila Odinga on Thursday, announced the return of street protests accusing President William Ruto of insincerity in the proposed dialogue.
