This Sunday, I am going to China to sign another program for Ksh 40 billion for road projects,” Ruto announced.

Meanwhile, President Ruto is also expected to travel to Berlin, Germany in mid-September to attend the Citizens Festival.
The German government has confirmed that President Ruto will grace the event as a special guest.
“Pamoja – stronger together is the motto of this year’s Citizen’s Festival. It picks up a Swahili term and thus highlights the special focus of the festival: our neighboring continent, Africa. With the Republic of Kenya, whose President William Samoei Ruto will travel to the festival, a non-European state is for the first time the international partner country of the festival,” read the statement by the German government.
