Ruto's government will serve for one term over its failure to meet campaign promises according to Dr. Ekuru Aukot
Ruto’s government will serve for one term over its failure to meet campaign promises according to Dr. Ekuru Aukot.
Dr. Ekuru Aukot, a former presidential candidate and leader of the Thirdway Alliance, has opined that the current administration will only hold office for one term.
Aukot took to Twitter Sunday to express his displeasure about the running of the country.
Dr. Ekuru Aukot was responding to a video of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua saying that the government had no money to add to counties.
“Now we know the campaign promises were all lies. Even the hyped “Plan” was a hoax,” Aukot said.
“This will be a one-term government,” he added.

The Deputy President in the video says that even if they hang them or beat them, it does not change the fact that they have no money.
“So if you want to hang us, we are helpless. If you want to remove our trousers are hit us on the buttocks, go ahead. We don’t have the money,” he said.
The Government has been on a mission to utilize all avenues of tax collection in a bid to generate enough revenue for the country.
One of the main agendas of the Kenya Kwanza Regime’s Manifesto was the Economic Recovery of the country.
