The former president Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee party headquarters located at Pangani is set for auction. 

Former ruling Jubilee Party’s vast headquarters based in Pangani is to be auctioned on March 26.

Phillips International auctioneers said the event will take place at their Kileleshwa offices along Kandara Road opposite the white star centre starting from 11 am. 

All that parcel of land known as LR no 209/1530 Emani Business Centre along Thika Road, Pangani area registered under Farmer Industry Limited, with a plinth area of 34, 000 square feet. 

All interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of KSh 5 million to obtain a bidding number and catalog on or before the scheduled date. 

The declared purchaser will be required to deposit 25% of the purchase price to the charge before the close of business on auction day.

Failure to honour that will lead to forfeiture of the deposit without reference to the purchaser. 

“At the fall of the hammer, the declared purchaser must pay a deposit of 25% of the purchase price to the charge before the close of the business of auction day. Failure to which the auction deposit will be forfeited without reference to the purchaser. 

The balance of 75% will thereafter be payable to the charges within 90 days from the date of sale. 

Failure to make the payments within this stipulated time will lead to forfeiture of the 25% deposit earlier paid during the auction and the property will be re-auctioned without reference to the purchaser,” stated the advert in part.
