Azimio leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday, October 31, attended a state banquet in honour of King Charles III and Queen Camilla at State House, Nairobi.
The banquet was organised by President William Ruto in honour of King Charles and Queen Camilla who are in the country for a four-day state visit.
In the televised dinner at State House, Raila was seen having a chat with King Charles III in the presence of President Ruto.
Earlier on, Raila in the company of National Assembly Minority Leader Opiyo Wandayi had a chat with CS Alfred Mutua and UDA Secretary General Cleophas Malala.
Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo later approached the area where Raila, Wandayi, and Malala were stationed and had a brief chat with them.
At the same time, Odinga was spotted engaging National Security Advisor Monica Juma.
This is the first time Odinga has been seen at the State House since President Ruto was elected into office in August 2022.

Although Raila and President Ruto have been locked in a political stalemate, speculation has been rife that the two have recently warmed up to each other.
King Charles III and Queen Camilla arrived in the country on Monday night and were both greeted with a ceremonial welcome at State House where they were honoured with a 21-gun salute at State House.
The King and Queen would later proceed to Uhuru Gardens in Nairobi County where the former laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior to commemorate those whose lives were lost in war and in the struggle for Kenya’s independence.
King Charles III later proceeded to a City Shamba at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in Kayole, Nairobi.
Their majesties are expected to have further engagements in Nairobi and Mombasa Counties.
