The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has revealed common mistakes Kenyans make when making applications to transfer the ownership of vehicles
The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has revealed common mistakes Kenyans make when making applications to transfer the ownership of vehicles.
In a statement, the authority revealed that some motorists usually submit logbooks belonging to different vehicles instead of the one they have bought.
Other motorists also fail to submit a scanned coloured copy of the logbook.
In other instances, NTSA detailed that some motorists often submit defaced logbooks that cannot be read clearly by the NTSA officials.
“The authority notes that the mistakes include submitting and uploading different documents like payment invoices, blank papers, newspaper cuttings etc instead of a scan-coloured copy (PDF) of the original logbook,” read the statement in part.
