Kimani Ichung’wah forced to cut short his speech after being heckled in front of the President in Nyandarua.

The leader of the Majority side in the National Assembly, Kimani Ichung’wah, was on Thursday, April 3, heckled in front of President William Ruto.

Ichung’wah had accompanied President Ruto for the launch of the Last Mile Connectivity at Ol Kalou Town, Nyandarua County.

The Head of State invited Ichung’wah to address the Ol Kalou locals, however, they started heckling him as they waved their hands in the air to show their displeasure with him.

The Kikuyu MP tried to go on with his speech but was overpowered by the chants of the locals and was forced to conclude his speech.

The crowd calmed down after Ichungwah handed over the microphone before the President invited KRA Board Chairperson Ndiritu Muriithi to address them.
