Babu Owino sounds warning to ODM leaders fighting him

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has revealed that he is being fought by his colleagues within the ODM party over his political ambitions
Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has revealed that he is being fought by his colleagues within the ODM party over his political ambitions.
Speaking during an interview on Ramogi FM on Tuesday, March 18, the lawmaker expressed that he had had enough of the fighting, adding that he would no longer keep quiet.
He wondered why his colleagues were fighting him yet he was only expressing himself and and the ambitions that he has.
The vocal MP opined that leaders within the party needed to focus on changing the lives of Kenyans instead of fighting each other.
“The only person that I know I cannot fight is Raila Odinga. Anybody who is going to fight me, I will fight back. I have no time to waste,” he warned.
“The time we have, we should use it to help our youth and mothers by empowering them.”

On the other hand, he called on the party to support its members in the upcoming elections, following recent reports that the party would back Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja.
