Cooperatives and MSME Development Cabinet Secretary Simon Chelugui has announced the review of the Hustler Fund loan limit.
Speaking to Hustlers at a Christmas celebration he threw at his Kisanana, Baringo County residence, CS Chelugui assured that the limit would be revisited at the end of the month.
However, he said that the review will be based on the borrower’s history of timely repayment.

“Those who took the money and didn’t pay might be dropped along the way… That might be their end of the journey,” he said on Tuesday.
According to CS Chelugui, the Hustler Fund progress has been impressive so far.
A total of Sh11.3 billion had been distributed and Sh4.1 billion, or 37%, had been repaid.
17.2 million Kenyans have registered and are now able to use the financial inclusion fund that President William Ruto unveiled on November 30.
A total of 20 million transactions have resulted in the savings account reaching Sh570 million so far. 4 million Kenyans in total.
