President William Ruto has reiterated that he is on a mission to transform Kenya

President William Ruto has reiterated that he is on a mission to transform Kenya.

Speaking during a service in Taita Taveta on Sunday, Ruto said he is not going to retreat or surrender when it comes to making the country better.

“I am a man on a mission and we must change this country. I have a great dream for Kenya and by God’s grace we are going to transform this nation,” he said.

In June, Ruto has reaffirmed his commitment to transform the country despite the hurdles he is facing.

Emphasising his unwavering resolve, Ruto outlined his vision to ensure the livelihoods of all Kenyans are changed through bold decisions.

“This country will change, I promise you. We are going to change it because we are determined to make whatever decisions to unlock its full potential,” he said.

In March, the president named 11 interventions his administration has done since assuming office in September 2022 to actualise the country’s broader Vision 2030 goals.

Ruto outlined the strengthening of the independence of the Judiciary and enhancing efficiency within the justice system as well as increased budgetary allocations to the Judiciary as some of his interventions.
