Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rejects Premier League Offer

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has rejected a Premier League club’s offer since Manchester United’s sacking.

Since leaving Manchester United, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has received multiple managerial opportunities, but he has turned them all down, including one from a Premier League team.

After an ugly 4-1 defeat to Watford in November, the Norwegian was fired and replaced by Ralf Rangnick, who was brought in as an interim manager.

He has continued to be a presence in Manchester as his daughter Karna plays for United’s women’s side and he has been linked with a return to management in England.

Norwegian publication VG report that Solskjaer has received several approaches including from the Premier League, although the identity of the club has not been confirmed.

Everton, Burnley, Leeds, and Watford have all sacked managers since Solskjaer left United.

The 49-year-old was spoken about as a possible replacement for Sean Dyche at Burnley.

However, the talk has died down, with Mike Jackson still in charge of the team.

Solskjaer is likely to return to a dugout soon, with the VG report stating that he is open to job offers this summer.

It seems very unlikely that he will be offered another chance of a Premier League return over the summer, but he is ready to consider new opportunities again now he is over the disappointing ending to his Manchester United reign.
