How teacher accused of killing TWO sons tricked into arrest using food

The teacher accused of killing his two sons was arrested in Mombasa while on the run after being tricked by a resident using food.

Police in Mombasa on Thursday apprehended a teacher from Kiharu, Murang’a County, who was on the run and suspected of killing his two sons, ages three and five, on Thursday.

According to reports, the man who ran away from his home after the horrific incident asked a Mombasa County resident for food, explaining that he hadn’t eaten in three days.

The innkeeper identified him as the man who had allegedly killed of his sons.

But instead of warning the suspect, the Mombasa resident bought food and water for him when he asked, intending to keep him busy.

While the teacher was enjoying his meal, the man called the police who rushed to the scene and arrested him.

The suspect was booked at the Kongowea Police Station awaiting to be transferred to Murang’a.

The man was accused of taking out his anger on the children after an argument with his wife who had left their matrimonial home.

The suspect is said to have killed his two sons over a family dispute with his wife.

He’s said to have talked to his wife for almost 10 minutes using his mother’s phone before committing the heinous act.
