Political activist Morara Kebaso has addressed an apology to fiery lawyer Miguna Miguna, who accused him of disrespect.
On Friday, October 11, Miguna shared an excerpt of his conversation with Morara on X, showing how the latter abused him after a disagreement.
In one of the screenshots, Morara’s verified account is seen spewing unprintables to Miguna after he turned down an idea.
Miguna’s exposé elicited anger among his followers, who immediately descended on Morara.
Having had enough of the backlash, the activist came out to absolve himself.
He said his account was hacked, and the hackers started sending messages, perhaps to taint his reputation.
Morara added that the hackers also sent controversial hackers to betray him among Kenyans who, in their numbers, embraced his political activism.
“My social media accounts were hacked, but I have regained them. I believe the phones that were taken by DCI may have compromised my accounts. I was so busy I didn’t notice. When I finally went to my settings to check which devices were logged in, I realized suspicious activity. Some of the tweets that were made are not my views. So please ignore it,” he said.

He went ahead and pleaded for forgiveness from Miguna.
“Miguna, the insult was not from me. Two devices were logged in at the same time. Receive my sincere apologies for that. Pole sana,” he said.
Recently, Morara announced that he would be taking a break from his newfound political cause to restrategize and devise solutions to his challenges, including arrests.
He said he would also develop a strategy for mobilizing his supporters whenever he is under attack.
Morara lamented that most of his followers cheer him up on social media but don’t show up when he needs them the most.
Additionally, Kebaso noted that he would be working on strategies that would help him deal with violent confrontations and arrests by the police.
