Lilian Nyambura, a brand manager at East Africa Breweries Limited (EABL) is missing.
The family of a 28-year-old woman in Gikono, Murang’a County is living in agony following her mysterious disappearance two days before Christmas.
Lilian Nyambura, a brand manager at East Africa Breweries Limited (EABL), is said to have travelled from Nairobi to Murang’a to join her family for the festivities.
However, she went missing after leaving for an evening walk.
Her mother was doing house chores in the backyard when she noticed her absence and started calling her in vain.

The family reported the matter on December 24th and also informed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Saturday, December 28th.
According to the police, the case may take time to unravel as she did not carry any communication device that could be tracked to determine her last location.
The family says Nyambura did not show any signs of distress or give any clue that could be linked to her disappearance. They remain hopeful for her safe return home.
