The mother, Teresa Mogaka allegedly reached out to his brothers to help her discipline him. The uncles tied Mogaka’s hands and legs and caned him non-stop, until he succumbed to the injuries.
When he died they changed his clothes, laid him in bed and planted cattle pesticide alongside him to conceal evidence. They then ran away.
Police from Ekerenyo station and investigating officers arrived at the scene on Tuesday night and took the body to Nyamira Teaching and Referral Hospital.
