Fabrizio reveals ten Hag development if Man United hire the Ajax coach as their next permanent manager.

The Journalist revealed that Manchester United should not have any issues paying Ajax compensation if they hire Erik ten Hag.

Man United are getting pretty close to hiring a permanent manager to take over during the summer.

While speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano has revealed Ten Hag’s favour in negotiating a move away from his current club.

The journalist explained that due to the ‘fantastic’ relationship between United and Ajax chief executive Edwin van der Sar, there should be no issues in paying compensation to release the coach from his contract.

He said: “From what I’m told, on Man United’s side, they don’t see any problem for compensation. They would be ready to pay what is right to pay to Ajax.

“The conversation between the club has always been good. The relationship is fantastic, thanks to Edwin van der Sar.

“So there will be no problem between Ajax and Man United. There will be no issue between Erik ten Hag and Man United.”

Van der Sar played for Man United for six years and has even been linked with a future role at the club.

Romano went on to claim that the club do not foresee any issues if they were inclined to go after Pochettino instead, despite his contract running until the summer of 2023.

So, again, compensation would have to be paid, but it appears it is purely down to United’s preference.

However, it looks Ten Hag will certainly be the easier man to hire due to the existing connections United have.
