Liverpool Fails To Score In Three Finals Consecutively And Lost UCL Final; Fans React
Liverpool fails to score in three finals consecutively and have now lost the UCL final, and football fans troll.
Liverpool were beaten 1-0 by Real Madrid on Saturday night, with Vinicius Jr’s goal in the 59th minute enough to give them the trophy.
The Reds went into the game as favorites to win the trophy.
However, that didn’t happen, with Vinicius Jr’s goal enough for Carlo Ancelotti’s side to reign supreme.
It wasn’t all that long ago that Liverpool still had a shot at claiming the quadruple they had been hoping for throughout the season.
They were only three points behind Manchester City for the league title, and they were still excited to face Real Madrid in the Champions League Final.
Manchester City managed to win the Premier League by a single point.
Liverpool failed to score in the Champions League Final courtesy of Thibaut Courtois’ outstanding performance, losing 1-0 to the most successful club in Champions League history.
They also survived their second cup final of the season against Chelsea, winning a penalty shootout against them after both teams once again failed to score for 120 minutes.

Never forget that Liverpool didn’t score a single goal in 3 finals this season, the same season they claimed they were winning the quadruple

There’s something very poetic about Liverpool going for a quadruple and ending up with the 2 trophies they’ve spent years calling Mickey Mouse
