Prof Kosgei was summoned alongside Chief Accountant Egla Samoei, Head of Procurement Wilson Bett and Head of Development Unit Moses Kipkulei.

Besides the allegations of presiding over a corruption den at the university, Kosgei is accused of attempts to interfere with the ongoing investigations and obstructing the anti-graft agency by failing to submit crucial documents despite several reminders.

The don has also been instructed to avail various original documents on Wednesday, including minutes of 18 special meetings, EACC through its spokesperson Eric Ngumbi said.
