After Kalonzo’s huge announcement, netizens swamped social media sites with reactions. Raila is unaffected by Kalonzo’s departure from the coalition, according to some social media users.

They started the Ukambani people were still represented in the alliance by Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana and his Kitui counterpart Charity Ngilu.

Some said that Kalonzo will regret the choices that he had made on this day for the rest of his life and his flip-flopping character.
