Moi’s grandson has been evicted over Sh240,000 rent arrears
The grandson of Kenya’s late second president, Daniel Toroitich arap Moi, was evicted from his home due to unpaid rent.
Collins Kibet Toroitich was kicked out of the house for not paying a six-month rent of Sh240,000.
The grandson has filed a lawsuit against his stepmother Sylvia Jonathan and stepbrother Clint Kiprono Moi for attempting to deprive him of his inheritance.
In court papers, Kibet stated that the grandfather’s net worth exceeds Sh300 billion.
