Shock as mother burns her THREE children’s hands over Ksh 20
Mother of three burns her children’s hands for allegedly stealing Ksh.20 coin in Migori.
A woman in Migori County is being investigated by police on claims of burning her children’s hands after accusing them of stealing Ksh 20 coin.
Suna Oruba location Chief Charles Ouma said the three children are aged 6, 7, and 9.
He added that the matter was reported by the school where the three attend in Suna West Sub County.
The administrator noted that teachers raised the alarm after noticing the injuries inflicted on the minors.

The Chief added that their mother claimed that the three had stolen the money from their home.
The three siblings have since been rushed to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, Chief Ouma noted that the matter has been reported to the children’s department.
Suna West Children officer Robert Ouko said they will take legal action against the woman.
