State parastatals; Kenya Forest Service (KFS), Communications Authority of Kenya (CA), and Kenya Airport Authority (KAA) advertise over 250 job vacancies.

The Kenya Forest Service has advertised 220 job vacancies.

In a communication in My Gov issue on Tuesday, the Service announced 32 vacancies for the Office Assistant III/Nursery/Enumerator, 10 plant Operator III, 20 driver III, 30 records management assistant III and two customer care assistants.

The others include 32 positions for the Officer Administrator Assistant III, 10 positions for the ICT assistants, 15 positions for Accounts Assistant II and 15 positions for Human Resource Management Assistant II.

KFS has urged interested persons to visit its website https://www.kenyaforestservice.org. for the next steps of applications.

There, they can select the Jobs tab and apply online after which they will receive an email to notify them of successful registration. 

In addition, the applicants are to print and attach the email on the first page of the hard copy applications. 

“The hard copy should clearly indicate the reference number for the position applied for and attach a current CV, copies of relevant testimonials, academic and professional certificates and a copy of national ID,” KFS said. 

The application can be sent via post office or hand delivered to Chief Conservator of Forests, Kenya Forest Service, Karura, off Kiambu Road, PO BOX 30513-00100, GPO, Nairobi Kenya.

They should be marked “Application for (Position and reference)”.

KFS warned that applications will not be considered complete unless the steps are successfully undertaken. 

The Communications Authority of Kenya has advertised 31 job vacancies including 12 positions of monitoring and inspection officers and two of senior supply chain management assistants. 

They are also looking to recruit two competition management officers and two principal supply chain management officers.

Interested persons have been urged to send detailed curriculum vitae (CV) and copies of relevant academic and professional certificates. 

They should also include a cover letter and contact information for three professional references via the link provided online or on or before July 2, 2024, at 5 pm EAT.

“Only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted for interviews,” CA stated.

On the other hand, the Kenya Airport Authority has advertised 11 job vacancies.

The Authority stated that it is looking for competent and self-driven persons to fill the positions. 

These include the Managing Director/CEO and JKIA airport manager positions. Successful candidates will serve for three years.

For the permanent and pensionable terms, KAA advertised the positions of Wilson Airport manager, Wajir airport manager and seven airstrips officers-in-charge.

The airstrips include Ukunda, Migori, Lowdar, Kakamega, Nanyuki, Garissa and Eldoret.

“To be considered, your application must be received not later than Monday, June 24, 2024, at 5 pm EAT,” KAA said.
