Gathoni Wamuchomba reveals that she reached out to former president Uhuru Kenyatta and requested forgiveness.
Speaking at the Limuru III conference, Githunguri Member of Parliament Gathoni Wamuchomba has said that she isn’t afraid to lose her position.
Wamuchomba claimed she has received a lot of intimidation.
The Githunguri MP said that she would lead the people of Mt Kenya to fight for their interests.
“I have received a lot of intimidation,” Wamuchomba said.
The Githunguri MP further urged Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua to understand that Uhuru is the custodian of the people of Mt Kenya.

In addition, Wamuchomba said that she reached out to former president Uhuru Kenyatta and requested forgiveness.
Wamuchomba said that Uhuru requested her to fight for the interests of the community.
“I met Uhuru Kenyatta and sought forgiveness and he requested me to continue fighting for the interest of the region, ” she said
Starehe MP Amos Mwago noted that the interests of the community are paramount.
He called leaders to unite and speak in one voice.
Other leaders present included former Laikipia Governor Nderitu Muriithi and Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni among others.
