Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has asserted that he’s educated and speaks pure English when signing tenders worth millions.
Sudi has told off his critics who question his academic credentials.
However, the legislator is facing charges in court for allegedly forging academic records.
The outspoken legislator has been battling claims that he lacks the intellectual qualifications to serve in the August House.
Sudi said he is intellectually fit since he has been a signatory to many multi-million dollar business deals while speaking at a burial celebration in Soy, Uasin Gishu county, on Friday, January 21.
“I listen to people saying that Sudi didn’t go to school, that Sudi can’t communicate in English. I challenge them to bring business deals worth not less than KSh 5 million, they will see me speak fluent English. You can’t speak English yet there is no serious business unless you are mad,” he said.
Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, a long-time supporter of Deputy President William Ruto, claimed that his opponents have been utilizing the narrative to stifle his “burgeoning” political career.
Instead of focusing on his personal life, he asked his advisors to promote their manifestos to the people.
“The voters must be convinced of your agenda. Look for a reputable network. If you can’t appeal to a large number of voters, you either have a lot of work to do, or you should stay at home “he stated
