Lupita Nyong’o lands global brand ambassadorial role
Lupita Nyong’o has been picked as the global brand ambassador for the House of Chanel.
The actress revealed the news through an announcement on her Instagram account on Wednesday, October 2.
She expressed her excitement over her new role adding that she had just attended a fashion show.
“I am deeply honoured to share that I am now a global brand ambassador for the House of Chanel.
“It was wonderful to attend their Spring-Summer 2025 Ready-to-Wear show at the Grand Palais today. Merci beaucoup,” she wrote.

Following the news, many Kenyans and celebrities across the globe took to social media to celebrate the Kenyan star for landing the new role at the leading fashion house.
The House of Chanel is a renowned fashion brand that was founded in the early 1900s by Gabrielle Chanel.
The fashion house is known for its products such as Chanel bags, watches, perfumes, jewellery and makeup.
Notably, Chanel is among the most valuable fashion brands in the world.
According to global financial media outlet, Forbes, the fashion company generated close to Ksh2.5 trillion in revenue in 2023.
