Man City sweating as star Jack Grealish picks up injury, could miss a month
1 min readJack Grealish, Manchester City’s big-money summer signing, could be out of action for a month after picking up an injury.
Grealish was absent from Manchester City’s matchday squad for their Premier League match against Norwich City at Carrow Road on Saturday evening.
Despite spending £100 million to sign him from Aston Villa, the midfielder has struggled to make an impact under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
Grealish may have even less time to live up to his high fee this season after suffering an injury in training.
Manchester City will conduct an evaluation to ascertain the severity of the injury.
Grealish though could be looking at a month out of action, according to the Daily Telegraph.
He would be ruled out of Manchester City’s Champions League match against Sporting Lisbon, as well as the Manchester derby in early March.
Jack Grealish has appeared in 17 Premier League games for Manchester City so far this season, scoring two goals and assisting on two others.
