Former Trade CS Moses Kuria warns those ‘celebrating’ his transfer to Public Service ministry following cabinet reshuffle.
Public Service, performance, and Delivery Management Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria now says those celebrating after he was removed from the Trade Ministry will ask for another cabinet reshuffle within six months.
Speaking on October 5 in Garissa County, Kuria pledged to exert even more effort in his new role to ensure the success of the Kenya Kwanza government.
“I have many enemies, and I don’t care because we say in our land that an elephant cannot be defeated, even with its tusks. No matter who comes, I will continue to do my work for Kenya,” said Kuria.
He added,” I can bet one thing, those who are celebrating that I’ve been removed from this ministry, within six months, will be asking for a cabinet reshuffle because of how I will work to ensure the government of William Ruto succeeds.”

Kuria stated that he will now have more work as he will coordinate all ministries in the Kenya Kwanza government.
“If you were troubled by me when I had just one ministry, what about now when I am coordinating all ministries,” he posed.
Kuria remarks comes after President William Ruto on Wednesday made changes to his cabinet that saw CS Kuria moved to the newly created Public Service, performance, and Delivery Management ministry.
CS Rebecca Miano from East Africa Community, the ASALS, and East Africa Development and will now head the Trade and Industry docket.
While reacting to the cabinet reshuffle earlier CS Kuria triggered massive speculation that somewhat left a section of Kenyans believing that he could be blaming Gachagua for his transfer.
He posted three gospel songs on his X platform and later on shared a picture of DP Gachagua without a caption.
