Musalia fires back at President Uhuru; Kenyans more disappointed in you

1 min read

President Uhuru Kenyatta has been chastised by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi for his remarks that he had disappointed him.

Kenyans, according to the ANC leader, are even more dissatisfied in Uhuru.

Musalia, who is touring the Rift Valley with Deputy President William Ruto on a charm offensive, said the administration has upset Kenyans.

“I want to tell my friend President Uhuru Kenyatta that you have a right to be disappointed, but Kenyans are even more disappointed,” Musalia said at Eldama Ravine.

“Kenyans are hungry, have a big tax burden, are overcharged, and they are jobless and hustling, they are disappointed, Tusidanganyane (let us not lie to ourselves).”

According to reports, President Kenyatta told leaders from Musalia’s home region of Western Kenya that the ANC leader had failed him by joining forces with Ruto.

Musalia, on the other hand, stated that Kenyans will not accept a government project as their next president.

In reference to ODM leader Raila Odinga, Musalia said Azimio la Umoja is a “stalled project just like many other stalled government projects.”
