Limuru MP John Kiragu Chege has escaped death following a serious road accident involving his Toyota Land Cruiser TX and a bowser truck on Friday afternoon.

Images obtained from the scene showed the heavily damaged SUV with its bonnet completely crushed and debris scattered across the road, pointing to the intensity of the impact.

The driver’s side of the vehicle’s body also appeared badly mangled as a result of the impact.

Despite the severity of the crash, the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) MP confirmed that he, his driver, and his bodyguard survived the accident without major injuries.
